The lady in charge was super friendly and nice, spoke perfect English. She really went out of her way to ensure I had the best time in Batam and helped me plan what I could do next as I realised there were no convenient ferries heading to Sumatra.

Super value for money, clean and comfortable room with good AC. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide drinking water and a clean shower / toilet.

Good price for a private room. A lot of shops and restos in the area. The owner is a very polite lady. Thanks a lot. Andi Terimah Kasih. Saya suka jeruk!
