The lady in charge was super friendly and nice, spoke perfect English. She really went out of her way to ensure I had the best time in Batam and helped me plan what I could do next as I realised there were no convenient ferries heading to Sumatra.

Super value for money, clean and comfortable room with good AC. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide drinking water and a clean shower / toilet.

Great friendly staff. Very good value for money, and it comes with AC. Close to a street with tons of nice and cheap restaurants.
